THE GLORY OF THE LORD

 Verses with this exact phrase; there are certain characteristics of the glory of the Lord, most of which are never found in most churches to ‘claim’ to have the glory of the Lord

Likened to a cloud, fire…

Exodus 16:10 (KJV) 10 And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and, behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloudExodus 24:16-17 (KJV) 16 And the glory of the LORD abode upon mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days: and the seventh day he called unto Moses out of the midst of the cloud. 17 And the sight of the glory of the LORDwas like devouring fire on the top of the mount in the eyes of the children of Israel. Exodus 40:34-35 (KJV) 34 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. 35 And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. The Glory of the Lord appears after the people obey the Lord

Numbers 14:9-10 (KJV) 9 Only rebel not ye against the LORD, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the LORD is with us: fear them not. 10 But all the congregation bade stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of the congregation before all the children of Israel. {Later verses stated the Lord wanted to kill the people who would not trust Him to bring them into the promised land.}

In answer to intercession

Rainbow

Ezekiel 1:28 (KJV) 28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
