(Ezekiel 33:14-15) “Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; {15} If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die.”

(Ezekiel 33:19) “But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby.”

Acts 14:15 And saying, Sirs, why do ye these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach unto you that ye should turn from these vanities unto the living God, which made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein:

(Titus 1:13-14) “This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; {14} Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.”

I love it when the Lord brings things to my remembrance from the Bible just when I need it the most! 

I’m sure I speak for many when I say we have all had our moments when we regret the past; even since we have been Bible-believers/born-again Christians. I’m using the term ‘Bible-believers’ more because so many claim to be Christians, even ‘born again’, yet do not live as if they truly believed all the Bible. Anyway…

For quite some time the Lord has been healing me from anxiety and depression; He is so faithful! He often just uses scripture from my KJV to minister to me. Sometimes I am praying and He brings things to mind. 

Well this morning, I sat quietly holding our cat while she purred against me; I was praying, since I couldn’t read my Bible with her there, lol! I was thinking how I’ve been getting kind of bummed out lately. I know we are going through spiritual attacks for different reasons; it’s just been more intense lately. For me, God has taught me I need to stop trying to get the approval of man; and He has brought me a long way; I’m haven’t ‘arrived’ by any means. I compare myself to other Christians, thinking of where I made mistakes, etc. I remember sad events from the past…It seems the enemy knows just how to hit us the hardest some days. Satan’s fiery darts just seem to hit the bull’s-eye some days; triggering the emotions that try to sabotage the joy of the Lord, and the deliverance He has already brought in my life. 

Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

So this morning the Lord reminded me of verses that talk about taking our thoughts captive, forgetting what lies behind, thinking on what is of good report, and how David would bring to remembrance the things the Lord had done in his life and encourage himself in the Lord. I thought how I tend to think of the past- something that happened that I can’t change, and has had present consequences which I can’t change- and I get sad. Then today after the Lord started reminded me of these verses, I got it! I thought I need to remember things from the past that are of good report and how the Lord has brought me through so much, and changed me. Then my husband said that it is okay to remember painful things from the past to help me to remember what not to do, too. So the next time you find yourself overwhelmed with feelings like guilt, or depression, try to think of where the thoughts in your head started to lead you to this. Ask God to help you take your thoughts captive, to focus on Him, His word, and the fact that He is changing you still. And if He shows you sin in your life, just repent. You can’t change others; you can only give them what God says in the Bible, as He opens the door, and pray for them. 

That’s another things God has helped me to finally realize: I am not the Holy Spirit. I can’t change people. No matter what I say, how I say it, I have to trust God to water the seeds of truth in the hearts of those to whom I’ve given scripture. I can’t control people or situations that have passed either.

Now, I’ll just share the scriptures…

Philippians 4:8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

(Isaiah 26:3-4) “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  {4} Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:”

Psalms 119:93 I will never forget thy precepts: for with them thou hast quickened me.

Psalms 119:153  ר (RESH). Consider mine affliction, and deliver me: for I do not forget thy law.

(Proverbs 3:1-2) “My son, forget not my law; but let thine heart keep my commandments:  {2} For length of days, and long life, and peace, shall they add to thee.”

(Philippians 3:8-10) “Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,  {9} And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:  {10} That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;”

SUBTILTY…

Subtil, subtle “Hard to notice or see; not obvious; clever or indirect, not showing your real purpose.”

Let’s see what the Bible says; How the devil uses subtilty to deceive everyone:

 (Genesis 3:1-5) “Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? {2} And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: {3} But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. {4} And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: {5} For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.”

So the first time the Bible uses the word ‘subtil’ we see the devil; 1. Trying to get Eve to doubt God’s word and 2. Calling God a liar.

 

(Proverbs 1:1-6) “The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel; {2} To know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding; {3} To receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity; {4} To give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. {5} A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: {6} To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.”

-Here subtilty refers to having knowledge, discretion, understanding; here it is used the way God intended, for His glory. The devil always takes something God intended for good, and uses and twists it for evil.

(Proverbs 7:6-12) “¶ For at the window of my house I looked through my casement, {7} And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding, {8} Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house, {9} In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night: {10} And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. {11} (She is loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house: {12} Now is she without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)”

-Here we see a young man void of understanding {which is what we were before we became Bible-believers} and he meets an harlot who is subtil of heart. A harlot seduces, tricks others into giving into temptation, becomes a ‘bait’ to make men ‘fall’. She brings out of him what was in his heart in the first place, and had not been forsaken. When people want something so bad, no matter what God says, they are open to this. This type of subtilty ‘lieth in wait at every corner’ just looking for someone to trap. But if we are looking for traps by comparing everything to the King James Bible, by praying to God, not trusting in the arm of the flesh/idolizing people, we won’t be trapped!

(Matthew 26:3-4) “Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas, {4} And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.”

The enemies of the Lord Jesus Christ are our enemies; they try to trick us by subtilty, in a way we won’t expect. The ultimate goal of the devil is to steal, kill, and destroy.

-God’s people were dealt with subtilty and became slaves.

(Acts 7:17-19) “But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt, {18} Till another king arose, which knew not Joseph. {19} The same dealt subtilly with our kindred, and evil entreated our fathers, so that they cast out their young children, to the end they might not live.”

(Acts 13:8-11) “But Elymas the sorcerer (for so is his name by interpretation) withstood them, seeking to turn away the deputy from the faith. {9} Then Saul, (who also is called Paul,) filled with the Holy Ghost, set his eyes on him, {10} And said, O full of all subtilty and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord? {11} And now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon thee, and thou shalt be blind, not seeing the sun for a season. And immediately there fell on him a mist and a darkness; and he went about seeking some to lead him by the hand.”

This enemy of God’s people was said to be ‘full of all subtilty’ and the fruit of this follows the rest of the verse: ‘and all mischief, thou child of the devil, thou enemy of all righteousness, wilt thou not cease to pervert the right ways of the Lord?’ Paul did not hold back from rebuking this fake and we should not either, no matter how many ‘Bible degrees’ the person has, or how many books they’ve written, or even how many times they’ve read the Bible, If they are perverting God’s ways- which are all found in His word- they are to be publicly rebuked!

(2 Corinthians 11:3-4) “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. {4} For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.”

-‘the simplicity that is in Christ’…Why can’t we just read the Bible and believe what it says without thinking we need a commentary or teacher to interpret it for us? James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

 (2 Corinthians 11:13-15) “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. {14} And no marvel; for into an angel of Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. {15} Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”

Remember the first thing Jesus said when His disciples asked Him what would be the signs of the end times? (Matthew 24:4-5) “And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. {5} For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.”

I did this study because I want to know for myself that I am following the Lord’s direction in how I dress and what I put on, as vanity has been something the Lord has helped me to overcome more and more. Yet, we are all being changed into His image.

 

(1 Timothy 2:9-10) “In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacednessand sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; {10} But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.”

 

I know the King James Bible is the perfect Bible so I don’t need to find out what the ‘original’ says because this IS what it says. So I just look up the definitions of words; in this study, I used the online Webster’s 1828 Dictionary:1828.mshaffer.com

Modest: 1. Properly, restrained by a sense of propriety; hence, not forward or bold; not presumptuous or arrogant; not boastful; as a modest youth; a modest man.

2. Not bold or forward; as a modest maid.

3. Not loose; not lewd.

4. Moderate; not excessive or extreme; not extravagant; as a modest request; modest joy; a modest computation.

Shamefacedness:  n. Bashfulness; excess of modesty.

Sobriety: {besides not being intoxicated, the following definitions pertain to this verse.}

3. Habitual freedom from enthusiasm, inordinate passion or overheated imagination; calmness; coolness; as the sobriety of riper years; the sobriety of age.

4. Seriousness; gravity without sadness or melancholy. Mirth makes them not mad, nor sobriety sad.

Broided: In context, broided, or braided- Seems to mean not wearing your hair in a way that is ungodly also with costly array- which brings attention to yourself, is sensual, etc. like the heathen/ungodly women do.

Notice the verses end with: But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.”1 Tim. 2:10

(1 Peter 3:1-6) “Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives; {2} While they behold your 

chaste conversation coupled with fear. {3} Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel; {4} But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spiritwhich is in the sight of God of great price. {5} For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands: {6} Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.”

Adorn: 1. To deck or decorate; to make beautiful; to add to beauty by dress; to deck with external ornaments.

A bride adorneth, herself with jewels. Isa. 6.

To set off to advantage; to add ornaments to; to embellish by any thing external or adventitious; as, to adorn a speech by appropriate action, sentiments with elegance of language, or a gallery with pictures.

3. To make pleasing, or more pleasing; as, great abilities adorned by virtue or affability.

4. To display the beauty or excellence of; as, to adorn the doctrine of God. Titus 2.

Plaiting: Folding; doubling; braiding. {as mentioned earlier, just like we are not being told not to wear clothes, but what type, here, in context, it is talking about doing our hair in a way that is not modest, and draws attention to the person, as most ungodly women do with their elaborate hairstyles. Another interesting study is on the history of plaiting the hair in Wikipedia.}

Ornament: Embellishment; decoration; additional beauty. {1 Peter 3:4}

Meek: 1. Mild of temper; soft; gentle; not easily provoked or irritated; yielding; given to forbearance under injuries.

Now the man Moses was very meek, above all men. Num.12.

2. Appropriately,humble, in an evangelical sense; submissive to the divine will; not proud, self-sufficient or refractory; not peevish and apt to complain of divine dispensations. Christ says, “Learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest to your souls.” Matt.11.

Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth. Matt.5.

Quiet: Peaceable; not turbulent; not giving offense; not exciting controversy, disorder or trouble; mild; meek; contented.

The ornament of a meek and quiet spirit. 1Peter 3.

Spirit: Temper; disposition of mind, habitual or temporary; as a man of a generous spirit, or of a revengeful spirit; the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit. Let us go to the house of God in the spirit of prayer. 

(Deuteronomy 22:5) ” The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman’s garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.”

“…that which pertaineth unto a man…” This is the only verse in the Bible with this phrase. There are many different interpretations of this verse, but often without other scripture to back it up. When these verses were originally written, both men and women wore long robe-type clothing, yet the woman’s was feminine and the man’s was masculine.  I respect Christian women who have convictions that they should wear dresses/skirts all the time, grow their hair long, and not wear make up. But scripture never makes this a requirement for being born again and being holy. This study is a guideline using scripture. I am not trying to tell anyone what I think they should do; nor should others impose their convictions about how to dress on one another. Let’s see what the Bible says. 

 

Vain, Vanity…Proverbs 31:30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. 

 

Beauty: An assemblage of graces, or an assemblage of properties in the form of the person or any other object, which pleases the eye.

Vain: Empty; worthless; having no substance, value or importance. 

 

Verses with ‘vain’ which refer to outward appearance

-following ways of the ungodly {Judges 9:4, 11:3, 2 Chron. 13:7}

-Uncovering one’s self {2 Sam. 6:20}

(2 Kings 17:14-15) “Notwithstanding they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the neck of their fathers, that did not believe in the LORD their God. {15} And they rejected his statutes, and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against them; and they followed vanity, and became vain, and went after the heathen that were round about them, concerning whom the LORD had charged them, that they should not do like them.”

(Psalms 26:3-5) “For thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and I have walked in thy truth. {4} I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers. {5} I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.”

 Isaiah 1:13 Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting. {Wearing clothing, jewelry, body art that is worn by those who practice witchcraft, false religions, etc. is what I think of when I read this.}

Jeremiah 4:30 And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life.

 

Synopsis: If you love the Lord with all your heart, you will dress to please Him; which is modest and holy; and nowhere in scripture do I see that means women can’t wear pants; just my thoughts. I do wear skirts much more often, I like dressing modest, I grow my hair long, I wear light make up sometimes, and I dress to please my husband, and I like to feel feminine; happy to be who God created me to be!  As long as we dress in a way that glorifies God, that is all that matters. I love you!

 

 

(1 Corinthians 10:31-33) “Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.  {32} Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:  {33} Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.”

MENOPAUSE…ENCOURAGEMENT FOR CHRISTIAN WOMEN

MENOPAUSE…
this is for you women who may be going through this. I don’t know if these are all part of it and/or just getting older but…
I have a lot of long term memory loss. My emotions go up and down at times. I have gained weight. I don’t get ‘hot flashes’ as often as I did but I do get them. I forget what I was going to do when I go into a room. And sometimes I question my sanity.
But I know that no matter how I ‘feel’, the word of God does not change; the Lord does not change.
I know that if God is for me, who can be against me. I know that all things work together for good to those who love the Lord and are called according to His purpose. I know that I have the mind of Christ. I know that I need not fear what man can do to me. I know that the Lord is my rock, my fortress, my deliverer, my stronghold, my tower, my refuge, my strength.
I know the Lord is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient; nothing is too difficult for Him!
I know the Lord hears the prayers of the righteous. I know that those who seek the Lord shall lack no good thing.
I know the Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures, He restoreth my soul. He leads me beside still waters.
I also know that satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy all the Lord has given me.
So know what the Bible says so you can fight the good fight in the midst of this trial, dear sisters in Christ. I hope these words have encouraged you! Have a blessed dayImage

‘YOU NEED TO TALK ABOUT THE LOVE OF GOD MORE’…

Really? ‘God’s love’ is never found in the Bible. ‘Love of God’ is only found 13 times in the Bible. Okay, here’s what I found as an answer to this statement, usually by hypocrites who claim to know the Lord but get angry because true Christians tell them to repent. 

Phrases with verbs and adverbs, which refer to action on our part towards the Lord:

I don’t believe the answer is in buying guns, 
but there is nothing inherently wrong with being able to defend ourselves against any unlawful infringement upon our rights to be safe. 

I too, deal with anxiety when I see/hear of these events. Let us not fear, but remember: 
</a>Romans 8:38-39 (KJV) 
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. 
Jesus will never leave or forsake us. Hebrews 13:5-6 (KJV) 
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. 

 

 

 

 

This note is not meant to minimize tragedy for which anyone has suffered. But I wrote this as a call for discernment, as many Americans are all too ready to believe everything they see and hear on the news and tv. Personally, I have been questioning how much truth is in the mainline news for a long time. I remember before the 911 tragedy, that news reporters were allowed on the scene to give live coverage for any major or minor happening, especially if it involved bloodshed; not so now. Most of the random acts of violence are reported with little, if any, live, on-scene, eye-witness accounts. What we do see just seems to be carefully scripted, or filmed from a distance, and reported almost as ‘hearsay’. I can only come to these conclusions by what I have seen and heard, can’t ‘prove’ it per se, but I can go to the truth of God’s Word for answers.

 Matthew 24:3-4 (KJV) 
And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? 
4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 

Remember, this is the enemy’s game plan, the ‘beast’ or ‘anti-christ’:
Revelation 13:11-18 (KJV) 
1And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth;…
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth…
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. 

Did you know that our government has referred to Christians and patriots as ‘terrorists’? I have seen actual videos of such officials doing this. Just do a search of ‘Christians referred to as terrorists by government officials’. This makes sense when we study the Bible. 

So, I was thinking the other day about this. Well, as Christians, we would not take the mark, we would not bow down to the one world government- referred to as the ‘New World Order’ as early as President Bush, Sr. 

So, what would the government have to gain by ‘staging’ these recent random violent acts like; Newtown, Conn.,  the Aurora movie theater shooting, several college and mall shootings, and now the Boston Marathon ‘massacre’? I compiled this list just by thinking about the underlining messages, listening to news with discernment, watching/listening to other news that is not slanted, and thinking
 how these events can be used to accomplish the mark of the beast: 

  1. It makes people afraid to gather in large groups for any reason, to not want to travel, etc.
  2. It promotes a need for dis-arming American citizens, and/or prepares most to accept this.
  3. Propaganda deceives people from knowing the truth, and makes them willing to accept lies, be coerced, be deceived, by subtlety. {Genesis 3:1} Think of the frog in the water…slowly turning up the heat…it dies before it realizes it is dying…
  4. It encourages people to see the need for martial law, more government surveillance, and dependence and trust of other groups besides the police that are supposed to ‘protect’ us. More government surveillance, like the TSA ‘groping’ etc., cameras everywhere, desensitizes us, conditions us to accept more until we are ready to be taken over.   
  5. It can be a test to see just how much we will accept and believe.Basically, it takes steps toward controlling people, and to eventually make them ready to accept the mark of the beast. 
  6. All these events are trying to discourage any attempt at law-abiding, U.S. Constitution-believing patriots to fight for their rights, and, if need be, to fight against a tyrannical government. In fact, such people are ridiculed in mainstream media. 

I am encouraging you to read your Bible and believe what it says, compare it to what you see and hear in the news with discernment. There is a cost; Daniel was thrown to the lions for refusing to bow to the idol that the king set up. Yet, God delivered him. He will deliver us, never forsake us. 

I don’t believe the answer is in buying guns, but it is good to have a gun to defend against criminals. However, in the end, we must have the Word of God and prayer as our ultimate weapons, which will equip us no matter what may come. No matter what you believe about the time of Jesus return, you must be ready for anything. {Matthew 24}

LAZINESS…NO MORE EXCUSES!

Just a simple Bible study I did, while looking for answers. It is also a good reminder to all of us in this western culture to stop making excuses for laziness and repent! Or perhaps, you are dealing with a relative, trying to help them, and tired of ‘enabling’ them. 

Slothfulness, Sluggard…Diligence

NOTHING TO FEAR

Brethren, we have nothing to fear, because the Lord will never leave or forsake us. No one wants to be persecuted, but Jesus said we would be, which is why He gave us so much in His word to encourage us!

John 15:18-20 (KJV)
18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Many believe the pre-tribulation rapture theory because they are afraid of persecution, they can’t accept the fact that so many respected leaders can be wrong, and/or they want their ears tickled. The thought of eternity in Heaven alone should comfort us that whatever we go through on earth is like a drop in a bucket in comparison! Acts 14:22 (KJV) 22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

Personally, the Lord has been preparing me by helping me overcome anxiety, and even panic attacks through prayer, the word of God, and sometimes fasting.
